Hypnobabies is a comprehensive childbirth education program that teaches self-hypnosis techniques to help birthing people have a more comfortable, calm, and empowered birth experience. Hypnobabies® Hypnobirthing

New mom receiving lactation support from Certified Lactation Consultant Victoria Cruz in Philadelphia, PA.

Feeding your baby is about more than nutrition—it's about connection, confidence, and finding what works best for your family. While breastfeeding is natural, it doesn't always come naturally. Mothers and babies are learning together, and having compassionate, evidence-based support can make all the difference.

Whether you're preparing before your baby arrives, navigating the early days postpartum, working through feeding challenges, returning to work, or simply looking for reassurance, I provide personalized lactation care tailored to your goals. My role is not to tell you how you should feed your baby, but to provide education, practical guidance, and encouragement so you can make informed decisions.

During your visit, we'll take time to understand the full picture—not just a single feeding. Together, we'll review your pregnancy and birth history, your baby's feeding patterns and weight gain, your concerns, and your goals. We'll observe a feeding, assess positioning and latch, discuss milk production, pumping, bottle feeding when appropriate, and develop a realistic plan that supports both you and your baby.

Because feeding is influenced by so much more than technique, I take a whole-body approach to lactation care. Birth experiences, body tension, oral function, nervous system regulation, and maternal recovery can all impact how feeding unfolds. When appropriate, I incorporate Craniosacral Therapy into your care plan to help release tension, improve comfort, and support more efficient feeding. If additional evaluation is needed, I collaborate with your healthcare team and trusted local providers to ensure you receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

For families who want support from the very beginning, my lactation packages provide continuity through the early postpartum journey. We begin with a prenatal breastfeeding class to prepare you for the first days after birth, followed by a visit within 48 hours after delivery and ongoing weekly support during the first few weeks as feeding patterns develop, milk supply regulates, and new questions arise.

My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout your feeding journey—whether that means exclusive breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or another path that meets your family’s unique needs. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

Lactation Support

The body has an incredible capacity to heal when it feels safe, supported, and balanced. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) & Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a gentle approach that works with the nervous system to encourage the body's natural healing processes. Sessions focus on reducing tension throughout the body and restoring balance.

For adults, Craniosacral Therapy can provide support for pregnancy-related discomfort, pelvic and low back pain, headaches, jaw tension, neck pain, stress, nervous system dysregulation, recovery after birth, and overall physical and emotional wellness.

For infants, treatment is especially gentle and tailored to their unique needs. Birth is a significant physical event, and even being in utero can create tension patterns that affect comfort, movement, and feeding. This may help address body tension, torticollis, head-turning preferences, flattening of the head, reflux, colic, oral tension, latch difficulties, and general fussiness by encouraging relaxation and improved function.

Because feeding is a whole-body process, it often complements lactation support by addressing the structural and nervous system factors that can influence breastfeeding and bottle feeding. When appropriate, treatment is integrated with feeding support to create a comprehensive, individualized plan for both parent and baby.

“Our cutting-edge therapy helps infants, children, and adults heal themselves. Our trained professionals and parents are creating a healthier world.”
